As a Vice-President with the global Kimberly-Clark Professional business unit, Bryan is responsible for leading the global innovation agenda, including strategy development, market segment marketing, brand marketing, portfolio management and R&D. Bryan brings 30 years of experience in brand building, strategic marketing, and innovation development with consumers, customers and businesses across the global marketplace.
In his position at Kimberly-Clark, Bryan provides the vision and leadership for the Global Innovation team, focusing on chooser and end-user solutions for customers focusing on the aerospace, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food processing and office building market segments. The team is focused on insight mining, concept and technical development and business model validation work to bring new products and solutions to life across these target market segments.
Before joining Kimberly-Clark in 2009, Bryan consulted to a number of consumer companies, specializing in strategy, marketing and innovation. Prior to that, Bryan worked for nearly 25 years in the global brewing industry, having various roles based in Canada, the US and Europe, culminating in the role of Vice-President, Global Innovation at InBev, based in Leuven, Belgium.
Bryan received his Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of Calgary. Bryan is a long-standing member of the American Marketing Association and amongst his many acknowledgments, he is a previous recipient of the Top 50 Marketers of the Year award from Advertising Age.
